I found Dr. Nicholas 2 years ago when I had a major tooth abscess after a regular dentist tried to perform a root canal. Dr. Nicolas removed the now broken tooth and I opted for an implant. The abscess was so bad that he had to insert drains that needed to be changed for a month on a weekly basis (at no extra charge. Because of the abscess the implant did not heal to his liking. He replaced it at no charge. In the past 2 years I had 4 implants done. I'm extremely happy. The last implant was done last Friday after I broke another tooth with and old root canal. He took me in the same day. I never experienced any pain during or after the dental surgery. His staff follows up with phone calls after the surgery. I drive all the way from Palm Springs. Dr. Nicolas is the only Oral surgeon I will trust with any implants or major dental work. Thank you for truly caring for your patients.

Dr. Gadler is amazing!!! All the staff from front to back including his office manager, Becca where super friendly and kind. They are all very compassionate and you can tell they love what they do. Dr. Gadler was awesome at calming my nerves (Im not a fan of dentists lol) but he was great. He answered any questions I had and reviewed all at home care very throughly. The appointment was fast and easy. He will be the only Doctor I would recommend for any extractions or implants. Even if he is a long drive, I would make that drive again for any of my family or my needs. Thank you Dr. Gadler
