In our office, we offer high quality care and  payment options that work for all of our patients. Below you will find a list of insurance and payment options that we accept. If you don’t see your preferred method on our list, please call our office at (619) 334-8880 to find out what other options may be available to you.

At Fletcher Hills Dental Implant & Oral Surgery Center, we are committed to providing exceptional surgical care and convenient financial options. To help maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures, we will bill your insurance company and track claims as a courtesy. Please bring your insurance information to each appointment so we can help expedite reimbursement. Please note, you are responsible for all fees charged by our office, regardless of your insurance coverage. Most insurance companies respond to claims within four to six weeks, and any remaining balance after insurance payment will be your responsibility.   • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
  • CareCredit: Apply online (www.carecredit.com) or in our office.

Financial Policy

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, and cash. We also have a financing option through CareCredit and can provide most patients with rapid, same day financing. We are dedicated to delivering the highest quality of care at the most reasonable cost to our patients; therefore, payment is due at the time services are provided unless prior arrangements have been made. Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office, regardless of your insurance coverage. We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. If your statement does not reflect an insurance payment within that time frame, please contact our office. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid will be your responsibility. We appreciate your prompt remittance. Additionally, any insurance payments not received within 60 days from the date of treatment, for whatever reason, will become the patient’s responsibility and will be due immediately.
