As a Board-Certified Implant and Wisdom Tooth specialist with over 29 years of experience, Dr. Gadler is committed to providing the highest quality Oral & Maxillofacial Surgical care in San Diego County.

Our team recognizes that every patient is unique; therefore, we customize our care to meet each individual’s specific needs—ensuring that they are neither overtreated or undertreated. We believe that our patients should have the freedom to choose their preferred method of anesthesia—Local Anesthesia, Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas), Intravenous Sedation, or General Anesthesia.

Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery certification requires up to six additional years of hospital-based surgical and anesthesia training. As a Board-Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, Dr. Gadler is fully trained to address a wide range of conditions affecting the mouth, teeth and facial regions. Dr. Gadler practices the full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, with expertise in dental implant surgery, corrective jaw surgery, wisdom tooth removal, and the diagnosis and treatment of oral pathologies, facial injuries, infections, and various other oral/facial disorders.
