I went to see Dr. Gadler for extractions of all four of my wisdom teeth. I was told over the phone by one of the receptionist that I had the choice to be awake during the prcoedure. I ate very little in the morning before driving the two hours to get to San Diego. Once I got to the office the staff was very friendly and I waited max 5 minutes to be seen. All of the dental assistants/nurses were very attentive and helpful. Once Dr.Gadler saw my x-rays he immediately told me that I was going to need to be asleep during the whole procedure. I told him that I ate and he let me know that I would have to be rescheduled. I told him that I came from 2 hours away and wouldn't be able to come back soon. Thankfully, he was able to fit me in a few hours later. The staff is awesome and made the whole experience wonderful. Even at my follow up, the front office staff and dental assistants/nurses were attentive.

Dr. Gadler and his staff are top notch, caring, attentive people who made me feel comfortable after a very scary situation. Several endodontists and my dentist had no idea what was going on with the pain in my chin and teeth area and were quick to tell me that all of my teeth were dying - yet could not give a reason for it. Dr. Gadler looked beyond the box and instead of just assuming, took the time to figure it out - he is smart, thorough and was happy to answer all of our questions. It turned out I had a rare tumor which he removed completely, instead of just doing a biopsy. He expedited the pathology report because he knew my husband and I were very scared of the results. His staff were so caring and supportive. If you want a competent oral surgeon with a caring, wonderful staff - this is the place to go.

After going to the "Jiffy Lube" dentist from HELL (SANTEE COTTONWOOD DENTAL- 9715 Mission Gorge Road, Santee, CA 92071, I went to see Dr Nicholas N. Gadler. OMG!!!! What a complete different experience. The first thing that happens when you enter their professional and very clean office, is that the woman at the front counter immediately put you at ease. They're very courteous and seemed genuinely ready to help and assist in any way possible. Although the waiting room was 'packed', I was seen almost immediately after arriving. I had a few X-rays done by an assistant that was again, very professional and considerate to my needs. After 'prepping' me, the Doctor came in and again, very concerned about my pain and wanting to help me as quickly as possible. He said to me to let him know if I make him uncomfortable while examining me (unlike that idiot dentist at Cottonwood). He found my immediate problem and took measures to 'fix' it! I was in and out in less than an hour and believe me when I say this..I'VE ALWAYS BEEN AFRAID OF THE DENTIST, but with Dr Gadler and his wonderful staff, those fears have been assuaged. I can't recommend enough to anyone needing dental help to seek out this wonderful dentist! along with his great 'team'.! My only regret is that I could not leave 10 stars!!!! That's what they deservet from me:)
